The Technical Support team at Unmanned Tech are proving that they are prepared to "go the extra mile" to assist a customer, to the point of even contacting a manufacturer direct to resolve a problem. .... Unheard of in an age where "standard replies" are the norm, and if that doesn't work, then tough! .... They will certainly remain my "first stop" whenever possible for purchases.

I use this company regularly for my FPV stuff.

Be aware of ordering inside the eu, they not warning you of additional fees like Aliexpress or Banggood.
I paid in sum 28,55€ for 6,5 € item. Support doesn't care and they're no way back.

Unmanned Tech Shop is a proper, old school, fast support, well mannered bunch of people that will identify what's wrong, take responsibility and act to solve ASAFP.

The time it took for my issue to be looked into (some work until late evening .... ) was hours, I had a return label in my inbox, they opened an RMA and shipped me another whilst I still had the other here. I took it to the post office the same day. My replacement arrived today.

End to end I reported the issue Tue PM and by Friday AM I had a new tx16s.

I've been in sales and support a while and know it's about how problems are dealt with let you measure how good or bad a company is. Unmannedtech customer focused values ooze out of communication and action.

This was my partner’s experience. He said availability and pricing were both excellent and they met my needs. At a time when RC products are difficult to obtain in the UK I value this service.

I'm in the US and yet the items were delivered faster than if they were in my own country. Even with the currency conversion, the prices were very good. I never considered the UK as a reasonable source for drone gear, but Unmanned Tech will be in my short list from now on. Well done!

They have given the support I needed, they have taken a little longer than usual because they had problems in the system, but they have been very helpful in trying to fix the problem.

I buy as much as I can from Unmmaned Tech from South Africa. Good pricing, reliable, fast deliveries and have had no issues. Keep up the good work!

I have received a response now, so Thankyou for getting this resolved. I’ve updated my stars to reflect this. Communication is ridiculous, I bought my husband a drone for Christmas and the vtx doesn’t work, I’ve emailed numerous times without a reply. I received an email asking for a video which I’ve sent, also said their email backlog would be dealt with by 10th January but still nothing, my first email was on the 28th December! I’ve spent a lot of money on this drone and can not use it! Terrible service.
