Had an issue with one of the parts, so I got in touch with Unmanned Tech Shop about the warranty. They got back to me quickly and didn’t make it difficult, which I really appreciated. It took a few days to get everything sorted, but it was handled well in the end. The whole hassle was probably avoidable, but their support was solid and I’d happily use them again.

Overall, I felt like the communication was good and the replies were genuinely helpful. In my experience, they did take a little longer to respond sometimes, but I still got the information I needed
